Sweet and creamy, this is a refreshing smoothie to wake you up in the morning.
Note: if you don’t like to crunch on the seeds while you’re enjoying the smoothie, strain the smoothie before drinking it.
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 3/4 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 cup chopped papaya
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
- Strain before serving.
