This has been my long-time go-to recipe whenever I’m not sure what to make my family for breakfast. These pancakes are pretty simple, calling only for basic ingredients (nothing fancy).
They are also very healthy, with whole wheat and oatmeal. They’re readily adaptable: replace the oatmeal with more flour for a thicker pancake, add chocolate chips for a sweet treat, or change the amount of milk for varying thickness.
In the summer, these are great to have with delicious, fresh berries!
So try this recipe out, and it might become a favorite of yours too!
