Hot chocolate bombs are a fun to make at home and great to enjoy all of fall and winter! I used a silicon mold to make the chocolate bombs, as this makes it easy to release the chocolate from the molds.
To make the chocolate shell, you can either use candy melts or temper the chocolate yourself. I used this guide from the Kitchn to help with the tempering process. I ended up using about 8 ounces of chocolate to create 6 chocolate bombs, and. I filled each bomb with 2 tablespoons of hot cocoa mix. I topped each hot cocoa with a homemade Bailey’s whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.
