First, preheat your oven to 350F. Then get a muffin pan and spray it with some olive oil. Next, place your egg in the muffin cups. You can do just egg whites, a whipped egg, or an egg with the whole yolk. Bake for about 15 minutes.
I found that the when the egg wasn’t whipped it was easier to take out of the pan and looked more appetizing.
