All you need is a saucepan and a spoon. Serve on toast, on top of pancakes, in your PB&J, swirled into yogurt or ice cream… get creative!
- 550g (1 pint) blueberries
- 175g (7/8 cup) granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients together is a small saucepan. Place on the stove over medium-low heat. Cook for about half an hour, until thickened, stirring occasionally. Store in the fridge.
