  1. 550g (1 pint) blueberries
  2. 175g (7/8 cup) granulated sugar
  3. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  1. Mix all ingredients together is a small saucepan. Place on the stove over medium-low heat. Cook for about half an hour, until thickened, stirring occasionally. Store in the fridge.
